Privacy Policy

Cloud Web is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all of our customers, and visitors. Establishing confidence that their personal information will not be disseminated has always been a high priority. It is our desire that every Internet user enjoys the multitude of possibilities that the Internet and Cloud Web can provide without concern.

This Privacy Policy has been created to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and to provide you with (i) the types of information that Cloud Web collects; and (ii) what Cloud Web does with the information we collect.

Types of Information Collected

Cloud Web collects personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and billing information in different ways from consumers who access various Cloud Web services ("Services"). It is Cloud Web's general practice not to sell, rent, or lease collected information to third parties. This information may, however, be shared in the rare instances provided below, where disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or where the consumer has previously provided Cloud Web with consent to do so.

Cloud Web may also collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. This information may be used by Cloud Web in connection with the operation and maintenance of its service. As with personal information, this information is generally not disclosed to third parties but may, however, be shared in the rare instances provided below, where disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or where the consumer has previously provided Cloud Web with consent to do so.

Registration

Consumers signing up for or inquiring into one of Cloud Web's many Services are asked to provide certain personal information including name, address, telephone number, and billing information (such as a credit card number). The personal information collected during the registration process is used to manage each consumer's account, such as for billing purposes. This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in response to the special circumstances listed above.

Security Measures

Cloud Web uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access and on those which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Software which encrypts the information that you input.

Filtered Internet Services

Customers subscribing to the optional Cloud Web Spam Detection service agree to an automated scan and removal of all incoming email messages for the attributes commonly associated with unsolicited commercial bulk messages.  From time to time, Cloud Web may examine suspected spam sent to customers in order to improve filtering efficiency. Cloud Web makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of spam filtering, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

Contacting Us

When consumers send email inquiries to Cloud Web or attempt to contact Cloud Web via our Support page, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Cloud Web does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

"Cookies"

Cloud Web uses "cookies" to help personalize and simplify your experience using the Internet. A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. Cloud Web may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes in order to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks. For example, a cookie could be used to save the settings you create on your personal computer in order to later provide you with customizable and personalized services. These types of cookies save you time by eliminating the need for you to enter the same information again on subsequent visits to a Web site. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your personal information. Advertisers and Cloud Web partners may also use their own cookies. Cloud Web does not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaims responsibility for information collected through them.

We have provided the availability to all of our web users the option to use the Facebook Connect feature when signing in to our website in leiu of a standard authentication. This feature will allow you to use your Facebook identity, network, and privacy settings as you browse and interact with our site. You can remove the access from your Facebook account to our site at any time under the Applications menu of your Facebook account.

Revisions to Cloud Web's Privacy Policy
